Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Associate located in Gurugram. The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, communication, interviewing, and hiring processes to identify and secure high-caliber professionals for various roles.

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Experience in recruiting processes
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Knowledge of HR practices and industry trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
