Talent Acquisition Associate

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Sourcing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across multiple platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using various channels such as job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for various roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and pipelines regularly.
• Engage passive candidates through creative outreach methods.
• Track and report sourcing metrics and performance indicators.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates during the hiring process.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment/sourcing (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques, tools, and recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
