Talent Acquisition Associate

Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai
Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing HR team. If you enjoy interacting with people, staying organized, and helping companies find the right talent, this is a great opportunity to strengthen your career in recruitment.

What You’ll Do:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Conduct telephonic screenings and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and chat to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain candidate records and track application progress.
• Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, and bulk hiring initiatives.
• Assist in onboarding coordination and post-offer engagement.

Who Can Apply:

• Candidates with at least 6 months of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
• Experience in BPO hiring is a plus
• Familiarity with HRMS or ATS platforms is preferred
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Comfortable with basic computer tools – spreadsheets, email, and online platforms
• Must have a laptop and stable internet connection
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in the HR field
