Process Associate - Operations

About the Role

We’re looking for a Process Associate to join our team at Datastraw. You’ll work directly under the Operations Manager and get hands-on experience in managing processes end-to-end — from client-side coordination to employee-side execution. This is a role that blends process ownership, reporting, client management, and teamwork, making it a great step forward for anyone looking to grow in operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track client processes end-to-end, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Prepare and maintain process reports, dashboards, and client updates.
• Step in to handle customer support tasks whenever agents are unavailable.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to align on goals and outcomes.
• Ensure process quality, efficiency, and timely execution.
• Act as a link between clients and employees to keep workflows seamless.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience (operations/customer support preferred).
• Prior customer support experience is essential.
• Strong communication skills and comfort in client-facing roles.
• Ability to adapt, step in, and take ownership when required.
• Team player with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week, 4 days in-office (Ghatkopar West, Mumbai).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
