Process Associate - Operations

A Process Associate monitors, maintains, and improves business operations by performing data entry, tracking information, resolving queries, and supporting quality control to ensure smooth workflows and business growth.

Key responsibilities include documenting processes, collaborating with teams, analyzing data to identify improvements, and providing support for various administrative, operational, or manufacturing processes depending on the industry. A bachelor's degree and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are typically required for the role.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Monitoring &

• Maintenance: Ensure daily operations run consistently and maintain records of processes and operational data.
• Data Management: Track, gather, and maintain information, perform data entry, and analyze business and customer data.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, eliminate redundancies, and recommend actionable changes to enhance efficiency.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Support quality control activities and ensure compliance with established policies and guidelines.

Collaboration &

• Communication: Work with teams to implement new procedures, manage communication across departments, and provide updates to stakeholders.

Problem-Solving &

• Troubleshooting: Resolve stakeholder queries, perform process-related troubleshooting, and implement system updates.
