Job Description

Job Title: Tableau BI Developer

Location: Hyderabad (100% On Site)

Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Tableau BI Developer to join our data and analytics team. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of hands-on experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, translating business needs into actionable insights, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across various sources.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations based on business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers to gather and understand reporting needs.
Translate complex datasets into accessible insights to drive business decisions.
Optimize and fine-tune Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.
Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Develop and maintain documentation of dashboards, data sources, and business logic.
Work with SQL and data warehouses to prepare datasets and write complex queries for reporting purposes.
Ensure best practices in data visualization, UX, and storytelling.
Provide user training and support on Tableau dashboards and usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5–6 years of professional experience in Tableau development.
Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Online.
Proficient in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
Experience working with large datasets from relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, or Redshift.
Familiarity with ETL concepts and data warehousing principles.
Strong understanding of data modeling, normalization, and performance tuning.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView).
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation.
