Technical Project Manager – AI Automation Solutions & Client Delivery Location: Hyderabad, India Employment Type: Full-time Working time: 2.00 PM to 11.00 PM IST About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of AI Automation Solutions for global enterprise clients. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, client-facing delivery expertise, and strong project management skills to ensure successful execution of Conversational AI, Generative AI, and automation projects. You will work closely with internal technical teams (Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers), client stakeholders, and vendor partners to deliver high-impact AI solutions that transform customer and employee experiences. 7+ years of experience in Technical Project Management delivering enterprise technology solutions . 2+ years of experience managing projects in AI Automation (Conversational AI, Generative AI, RPA, Intelligent Automation) is highly preferred. Strong understanding of platforms like Kore.ai, Google Dialogflow, Microsoft Azure AI, IBM Watson, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent. Experience working with global enterprise clients across diverse industries (Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.). Background in consulting services delivery from MNCs/SIs is a strong plus . Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid project delivery frameworks . Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills (both technical and business-facing). Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution capabilities. Show more Show less
