About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Project Manager with a strong technical background and proven leadership capabilities. This role requires hands-on expertise in DevOps, MERN stack delivery, and full end-to-end project management, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in managing software projects, applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and delivering solutions that align with business objectives and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Supervise and mentor a team of 15–20 developers, technically breaking down tasks and assigning them based on individual strengths and experience.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to estimate efforts, plan sprints, and optimize resource allocation.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on project scope and client requirements.
• Drive efficiency by identifying process improvements and leveraging automation and AI tools to accelerate coding efforts.
• Implement DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure automation to enhance deployment workflows.
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders, providing clear communication, status updates, and resolving technical and project-related issues.
• Work on API integrations, wireframe reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes with a hands-on approach.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, project documentation, and quality assurance practices.
• Foster a collaborative environment encouraging learning, innovation, and accountability.

Technical Skills / Tech Stack:

• Frontend: React.js, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, PHP (Laravel framework), Java (Spring Boot), Python (Django/Flask), RESTful APIs, GraphQL
• Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis
• DevOps & Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean
• Version Control & Collaboration: Git, Azure DevOps
• AI & Productivity Tools (Preferred):AI-assisted coding tools, automated documentation generators, debugging assistants

Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of experience in software development and project management.
• Strong hands-on coding experience, in development and deployment.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with DevOps tools and practices.
• Proven track record of managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in effort estimation, workload planning, and technical task breakdown.
• Familiarity with API integrations, wireframes, and testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI tools or automation techniques to improve productivity and reduce turnaround time is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to guide cross-functional teams and foster a culture of collaboration and learning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
