Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and mentor backend developers, enforcing best practices and quality
standards.
? Architect and deliver scalable, high-performance backend services using Node.js and
Nest.js.
? Manage Agile projects, coordinate sprints, and ensure timely delivery.
? Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams for seamless integration.
? Conduct code reviews, optimize backend performance, and implement security best
practices.
? Identify risks and manage dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills:
? 9+ years in backend development with strong Node.js, Nest.js, JavaScript/TypeScript
skills.
Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and asynchronous programming.
? Familiarity with databases (MySQL, NoSQL), CI/CD, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms
(AWS/GCP).
? Proven leadership in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira, Confluence.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Preferred:
PMP/CSM certification, serverless experience, and frontend knowledge.
