Job Description

TA Lead Manager / Sr. Manager

Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for D2C, FMCG, Retail, Sales, Marketing & Corporate roles
Build, mentor, and manage the TA team
Strategic manpower planning and hiring roadmap
Strong involvement in campus hiring, lateral hiring & leadership hiring
Partner with promoters and business leaders on hiring strategy
Exposure to HR support functions such as onboarding, engagement & HR operations
Vendor management, employer branding & recruitment analytics

Preferred candidate profile

7 to 12 years of experience
Mandatory exposure to
FMCG / Retail / D2C / Consumer brands
Preferred combination of
corporate + consulting/recruitment firm experience
Strong team-handling and stakeholder management skills
Startup mindset with ability to work in fast-paced environments
MBA mandatory in HR / Other field
