What You Will Do
As an experienced Systems Engineer within the Enterprise Technology team, you will join a talented global team of engineers working to implement and deliver enterprise computing and productivity solutions in a Zero-Trust network environment. You will be focused on providing an excellent customer experience, either directly, or by the development of self-service and automation options to save our users time and frustration. You will also be an advocate for Vista Technology team members to our vendors and their support teams when needed. You will be someone who can bring an IT generalist skillset to bear on common problems and pain points in the enterprise space, but you are willing and not afraid to implement something totally new and different than what might be used in a more traditional corporate environment.What you can expect your day-to-day activities to consist of:
- Administer & Secure Platforms: Manage and administer our core identity and security platforms, including SailPoint IdentityNow, Microsoft EntraID, Active Directory, Okta, and Azure Cloud Services. This involves day-to-day operations and ensuring the security and integrity of these systems.
- SaaS Administration: Manage core productivity applications like Google Workspace, EntraID, Slack, Okta, and Miro .
- Endpoint Management: Administer Windows and Mac devices using MDM/EMM solutions.
- Drive Automation: Design and implement automation solutions using modern technologies. You'll use PowerShell scripting, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Automation, while leveraging version control and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab) to streamline processes.
- Support & Documentation: Provide Level 3 technical support and create self-help documentation.
- Projects: Participate in technology projects, initiatives, and the evaluation of new solutions.
Your Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) services. Expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow, Entra ID, and Active Directory is highly preferred, including both system design and advanced troubleshooting.
- Strong automation skills, with a focus on using PowerShell scripting in conjunction with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab).
- Solid understanding of modern APIs and how to leverage them for automation and operational efficiency.
- Experience in MDM (Ivanti/Mosyle preferred) technology and practices.
- Proven ability to work autonomously within a global organization.
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud services.
- Background in a cloud-first or cloud-native environment.
- Familiarity with zero-trust security and operating autonomously.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, SSO, Azure AD, Oauth2/OIDC).
- Comprehensive understanding of identity management and security concepts, including:
- User Lifecycle Management
- Authentication & Authorization
- Access Governance & Segregation of Duties
- Role-Based Access Control & Least Privilege Access
