Mandatory Skills: 6 years of experience in IT Support or Cloud Operations roles for Senior Dev 4 years of experience in IT Support or Cloud Operations roles for Senior Dev Handson experience with Amazon Connect AWS Lambda and DynamoDB Deep understanding of contact flows queue management and telephony configurations Experience in WebRTC SIP trunking and troubleshooting VoIPrelated issues Strong knowledge of AWS CloudWatch Amazon Connect Metrics and monitoring tools Experience with Salesforce integrations Familiarity with ITIL processes especially in incident and problem management Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams Diagnose and resolve technical issues Utilize product logs diagnostics and indepth product knowledge to identify and fix intricate technical problems Conduct root cause analysis Investigate the underlying causes of technical issues and document the findings comprehensively Proactive maintenance tasks Engage in regular maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance Monitor system performance Keep a close watch on system performance to detect and address any anomalies promptly Develop and update procedures Create and revise standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides to streamline processes Communicate with stakeholders Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders about the status of issues next steps and resolutions Good to Have AWS Certifications eg AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect Associate Exposure to CICD pipelines scripting Python Bash and infrastructure as code Show more Show less
