Job Description

Innov8 - Supply Manager

Role & responsibilities

Responsibility of managing OYO Workspace center expansions and new center partnerships for the assigned territory which include:
Curating and managing opportunities for new centers/partnerships in target micro markets within the assigned territory
Pitching our Value proposition to prospective Landlord Patrons
Structuring deals, and taking them to closure
Working with cross functional internal teams for site selection, analysis, approvals towards making the center live
Account Management: Ensuring strong relationship with Patrons and Landlords in the assigned territory

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent spoken and written communication, strong negotiation and indirect/ cross-functional stakeholder management skills
Good channel partner connect/network among IPCs and DPCs
Strong analytical skills, structured problem solving ability and 1st principle thinking
Deal Modeling and structuring
Ability to understand, draft and negotiate legal Agreements
4-5 years of experience in similar or roles with Co-Working Operators, Property Consultants or Developers
