Description of Supply Lead - Pune Job Description – Supply Lead   Experience: 5–6 Years Location: (Pune)     About the Role:   The Supply Lead is a senior role responsible for overseeing a team of Supply Executives and driving end-to-end supply generation across multiple client accounts. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to build a scalable and high-quality vendor network. The Supply Lead will ensure real-time operational efficiency, guide the team in hitting their supply targets, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements smoothly.   Key Responsibilities:     Team Leadership & Performance Management   Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Supply Executives to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly supply targets are met. Monitor team KPIs—including vendor onboarding, fleet readiness, and supply health—and take corrective actions proactively. Conduct regular team reviews, performance coaching, and capability-building training sessions. Allocate tasks and ensure optimal resource utilization across multiple client accounts.     Supply Operations & Vendor Network Expansion   Oversee real-time updates and accuracy of supply trackers across all managed clients. Drive expansion of the supply base by identifying new vendor sources and ensuring continuous pipeline generation. Maintain strong engagement with fleet partners to build loyalty, improve retention, and reduce operational breakdowns. Ensure compliance, documentation, and training processes are followed by all fleet operators.     Multi-Client Coordination & Fulfillment   Liaise with internal operations, city teams, and client SPOCs to fulfil demand requirements with minimal downtime. Ensure efficient fleet allocation across client projects by balancing cost, availability, and service quality. Support new client launches by rapidly mobilizing supply pipelines and training resources.     Process Optimization & Strategic Initiatives   Identify supply-side bottlenecks and collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements. Analyze supply performance data to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and fleet productivity. Assist in negotiating commercial terms with fleet partners to achieve better margins. Implement best practices for vendor relationship management, safety standards, and compliance.     Required Skills & Competencies:   Strong leadership and people management skills; prior experience managing a team is preferred. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and operational tools. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to drive results in a target-oriented, fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. Knowledge of logistics, fleet operations, or supply chain processes is an added advantage. Multilingual capability: English, Hindi, and the regional language
