What You’ll Own
1. Supply Expansion & Onboarding
- Identify and onboard new
artists, artisans, and maker brands
across home décor, gifting, and fashion categories - Build strong relationships with
craft clusters, NGOs, and creative entrepreneurs
across India. - Use data, trend insights, and customer demand to guide sourcing and expansion priorities.
- Ensure every new creator is set up for success — from catalog setup to pricing and storytelling.
2. Seller Growth & Account Success
- Act as a
business partner
to onboarded creators — helping them optimize pricing, assortment, and catalog presentation. - Track key metrics (conversion, revenue, repeat rate) to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Drive growth initiatives for top-performing sellers through
campaigns, product launches, and collaborations.
- Work cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and marketing teams to co-create collections that drive both sales and storytelling.
3. Process, Systems & Enablement
- Build
scalable playbooks and frameworks
for seller onboarding, training, and account management. - Maintain
catalog hygiene, operational compliance, and creator satisfaction
at every stage. - Create
feedback loops
between sellers, category teams, and customers to continuously improve the seller experience. - Collaborate with product and tech teams to improve internal tools and dashboards for tracking performance.
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of experience in
marketplace operations, category management, seller growth, or business development
— ideally in e-commerce or creative-led startups. Bonus:
experience working with D2C brands or marketplaces
.- Strong relationship builder — empathetic yet data-driven.
- Skilled in negotiation, problem-solving, and structured planning.
- Passionate about design, craft, and supporting small creative businesses.
- Thrive in fast-changing, entrepreneurial environments where ownership matters more than hierarchy.
