About this role

If you are passionate about products, visual storytelling, and business - this is your chance to blend strategy and creativity while driving impactful ecommerce decisions at Zwende!

As an Ecommerce Merchandiser, you'll be at the heart of shaping our product selection, creating visual content, launching effective campaigns, and using data insights to stay ahead of market trends and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the entire process for launching new products on Zwende, from initial concept to live listing.
• Visualize & direct the development of engaging content and creative assets, ensuring listings clearly communicate unique selling propositions.
• Leverage your creativity to develop innovative solutions for product presentation challenges, ensuring that listings stand out in a competitive marketplace.
• Work closely with inhouse graphic, content & cataloging team to ensure accuracy and quality on all listing pages, maintaining high standards for product presentation.
• Work closely with internal teams to monitor product performance and iterate on listings to drive better engagement & conversion rates.
• Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends & tools and demonstrating a proactive approach to learning.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and tools as needed.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in e-commerce management, cataloging or related field, with a strong understanding of product listing strategies.
• A degree in design, fashion management, multimedia, communication, or a related field is preffered.
• Excellent articulation and fluency in English. Ability to draft compelling copy, will be a major advantage.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and ecommerce backends (e.g., Shopify) is a plus.
• A keen interest in arts, crafts, and prior knowledge of craft techniques.
