What You’ll Do
🔹 Lead end-to-end supply chain – sourcing, production, warehousing & logistics.
🔹 Build strong partnerships with vendors, factories, and suppliers.
🔹 Ensure on-time production while maintaining top-notch quality standards.
🔹 Oversee inventory for retail + e-commerce channels with zero stockouts.
🔹 Drive cost efficiencies while keeping sustainability in focus.
🔹 Collaborate with design, merchandising & retail teams to deliver collections seamlessly.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 8–12 years of experience in fashion / apparel supply chain & operations.
✅ Strong expertise in sourcing, vendor management & garment production.
✅ Experience in handling multi-channel distribution (offline + online).
✅ Tech-savvy with ERP/supply chain tools.
✅ A strategic thinker with a hands-on problem-solving mindset.
