Company Overview:

Litemed is a fast-growing MedTech innovator specializing in connected wearable therapeutics. Our flagship product, Curapod, is at the forefront of pain management technology. We are targeting scalable, high-quality production to reach 10,000 units per month.

Job Purpose:

The Supply Chain Manager will lead, optimize, and oversee the end-to-end supply chain for Litemed’s Curapod product line. The primary goal is to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-centric manufacturing of at least 10,000 Curapods monthly, from sourcing to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust supply chain strategy to meet the monthly manufacturing goal of 10,000+ Curapods, balancing cost, quality, and delivery timelines.

  • Oversee procurement of components, raw materials, and critical parts, negotiating with global and domestic vendors for best terms and reliability.

  • Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, quality control, and logistics teams to synchronize production planning and inventory management.

  • Implement and optimize inventory control systems (including JIT, safety stock) to prevent shortages and overstock.

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and manufacturing partners as needed to ensure production continuity and scalability.

  • Analyze production bottlenecks and proactively resolve supply chain disruptions or risks.

  • Oversee logistics and distribution—including warehousing, packaging, and last-mile delivery—to ensure timely shipment and customer satisfaction.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs on supply chain performance, costs, and on-time delivery metrics.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare device regulatory requirements, documentation, and certification related to supply chain and distribution.

  • Drive cost optimization projects, process automation, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

  • 6+ years experience managing supply chains in medical devices, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing.

  • Proven track record scaling manufacturing to ≥10,000 units/month.

  • Deep knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, manufacturing process flows, logistics, and inventory systems.

  • Experience with ERP and supply chain management tools/software.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Analytical problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency.

  • Exposure to regulatory standards relevant to medical device manufacturing (e.g., ISO 13485, Indian MDR) is a plus.

Benefits

What We Offer:

  • Opportunity to join a mission-driven MedTech leader at a pivotal growth stage.

  • Competitive salary and incentives.

  • Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.

  • The chance to impact healthcare innovation directly and patient wellbeing.
