As we scale up, we're seeking a Supply Chain Manager (Instock) to optimize end-to-end inventory movement, create resilient systems, and keep our promise of product availability, quality, and speed.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the entire inventory supply chain across multiple warehouses and locations, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability at all times.
• Forecast inventory requirements using historical data, current trends, and sales plans; proactively manage procurement to prevent stockouts or excess.
• Create, issue, and track Purchase Orders (POs); manage inbound inventory flows and vendor relationships.
• Monitor and minimize inventory ageing; design strategies to liquidate or reposition slow-moving SKUs.
• Direct periodic inventory audits, reconciliations, and implement controls to ensure records are always accurate and audit-ready.
• Develop, automate, and maintain actionable dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets for real-time inventory visibility and supply chain analytics.
• Design and fine-tune supply chain systems, policies, and workflows from scratch—driving improvements for efficiency, cost, and speed.
• Partner closely with sales, product, warehouse, and logistics teams for high-demand periods, promotional surges, and capacity planning.
• Analyze data to spot risks, opportunities, and implement corrective action for improved turnover, working capital, and supply chain resilience.
• Build and manage a team of supply chain/warehouse personnel; create a robust culture of accountability and continuous growth.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years hands-on experience in end-to-end supply chain and inventory management (multi-location, D2C, manufacturing, or retail preferred).
• Proven ability to build and standardize inventory or supply chain systems/processes from scratch.
• Advanced expertise in Excel/Sheets—data analysis, dashboarding, automated reporting.
• Detail-obsessed, analytical, and proactive with a bias for process improvement and risk mitigation.
• Strong communicator able to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience with ERP/inventory management software a plus.
