Supply Chain Executive

Location: Head Office (TMV Gardens with frequent factory coordination)

Reporting to: Managing Director (with strong interface to Head – Finance & Compliance)

TMV Group is a long-established manufacturing organisation with integrated sourcing, processing, and domestic & export sales. As we strengthen our operating structure, we are looking to onboard a Supply Chain Manager to own procurement, inventory discipline, and commercial coordination across units.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a hands-on role responsible for end-to-end supply chain activities — from raw material sourcing to inventory control and commercial coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement & Vendor Management

Own sourcing and procurement of raw materials, packaging, and key consumables

Vendor identification, negotiation, and performance tracking

MOQ planning, rate benchmarking, and cost trend monitoring

Finalise purchase plans in coordination with: Managing Director, Factory managers, Head – Finance &

Compliance

Inventory & Stores Governance

Own inventory discipline across units: Raw materials, WIP, Finished goods

Define and enforce: Reorder levels, Stock ageing norms, Slow / dead stock identification

Coordinate monthly physical stock verification with factories

Ensure book stock vs physical stock reconciliation (with Finance)

Commercial Coordination

Coordinate with Sales & Marketing on: Forecasts, Commitments, Dispatch planning

Ensure pricing inputs, cost data, and margins are structured (final pricing approval remains outside this role)

Support export and domestic commercial workflows (without owning invoicing)

Process & Controls

Build simple, scalable SOPs for: Procurement approvals, Inventory movements, Inter-unit transfers

Reduce dependency on ad-hoc or verbal decisions

Act as the single point of ownership for supply chain clarity

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

3-5 years of experience in supply chain / procurement

Manufacturing or process industry background preferred

Strong understanding of: Vendor negotiation, Inventory planning, Cost structures

Comfortable working in family-managed, founder-led organisations

Calm, process-driven, and decisive
