Supply Chain Executive

The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations for key e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart and Amazon etc. This includes inventory planning, order fulfillment coordination, performance tracking.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supply chain operations for e-commerce channels including Flipkart and Amazon etc
• Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and replenishment planning to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory
• Coordinate with warehousing, logistics, and vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch
• Track and analyze sales, inventory, fill rate, DOH, and service level KPIs
• Handle platform-specific operations such as PO processing, GRN tracking, returns, and reconciliation
• Identify gaps and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for internal stakeholders
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, finance, planning) for smooth operations
• Support expansion of e-commerce channels and new business initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain / E-commerce Operations
• Hands-on experience managing Flipkart and/or Amazon supply chain
• operations
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical formulas, data analysis)
• Basic understanding of inventory management, replenishment planning, and order lifecycle
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in multi-channel e-commerce operations
• Understanding of KPIs like DOH, fill rate, aging inventory
