We are dedicated to delivering high-quality skincare products to enhance our customers' beauty and well-being. We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Executive from Beauty, Skincare & Personal Care industry. Position Summary: As a Supply Chain Executive you will be responsible for overseeing and managing B2C order fulfilment, tracking delivery timelines, handling return cases, and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple warehouses. This role also includes tracking GRN discrepancies, split order management, and proactive resolution of aged orders to enhance overall supply chain performance. Work Responsibilities: Monitoring B2C Orders by Warehouse: Oversee and manage the status of B2C orders across various warehouses, ensuring timely processing and fulfilment. Delivery TAT Tracking and Escalation: Ensure on-time delivery of orders and escalate delays as necessary. RTO and RTV Case Management: Track and close Return to Origin (RTO) and Return to Vendor (RTV) cases in coordination with warehouse teams. Aged Orders Management: Identify delayed orders beyond standard timelines and follow up with warehouse teams for resolution. B2C Split Order Tracking: Manage and track split orders to ensure all parts are dispatched accurately and on time. GRN Discrepancy Tracking: Daily monitoring of GRN (Goods Receipt Note) discrepancies for B2B and retail orders, reconciling received quantities against shipments. Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and inventory teams to improve supply chain processes. Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze reports related to order fulfillment, TAT, returns, and GRN reconciliation. Required Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in supply chain management tools and ERP systems. Attention to detail and accuracy in order tracking and reconciliation. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Key performance Indicator: B2C order fulfilment rate and adherence to TAT. Reduction in aged order backlogs. Accuracy in GRN reconciliation for B2B and retail orders. Decrease in RTO and RTV cases. Efficiency in managing split order fulfilment. Improvement in overall warehouse coordination and operational efficiency.
