We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Engineer to join our team in Bhavnagar (Onsite). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain Management, Vendor Development, Negotiation, Inventory Control, and Procurement. You will be responsible for optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

• Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors/suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Oversee procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality standards.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, production, finance) to streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related field).
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Vendor Development, Procurement, or Inventory Control.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment in Bhavnagar.
