• Reporting To: Director of Sales

1. Sales Strategy & Business Development:

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new markets, clients, and opportunities in the machinery sector.
• Manage dealer/distributor networks and key accounts.

1. Digital Sales & CRM Management:

• Generate leads through Trade India, IndiaMART, and other B2B portals.
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM software.
• Handle online inquiries and convert them into sales.

1. Client Relationship & Negotiation:

• Build long-term relationships with industrial clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.

1. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies.
• Provide feedback to the production/R&D team for product improvement.

1. Team Coordination:

• Lead and mentor the sales team (if applicable).
• Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns.

• MBA in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration (Mandatory).
• 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in machinery manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Trade India, IndiaMART, and CRM tools.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
