About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the payroll team.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Review and verify payroll reports and resolve discrepancies or issues.
• Manage payroll records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure alignment on employee compensation and benefits.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management and regulatory bodies.
• Support audits and respond to inquiries from internal and external auditors.
• Continuously evaluate and improve payroll processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.
• Liaise with external consultant.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-7 years of payroll experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., GreytHR, SAP, Oracle, Workday) and Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
