Job Description

We are looking for a Subscriptions Management Executive with 2-3 years of experience in

managing subscription services, preferably within the OTT video streaming or mobile app

industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the subscription

lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our users, and implementing

strategies to drive subscription growth and retention. If you are a meticulous professional

Key Responsibilities:


1. Subscription Lifecycle Management:


  • Oversee the entire subscription lifecycle from sign-up to renewal, ensuring a

smooth and user-friendly process.


  • Monitor and manage subscription billing, payments, and invoicing to ensure

accuracy and timeliness.


2. Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Analyze subscription data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for

improvement.


  • Generate and present regular reports on key metrics such as subscription

growth, churn rates, and revenue.


3. Customer Support and Issue Resolution:


  • Collaborate with customer support to address and resolve subscription-

related issues and inquiries.


  • Implement feedback mechanisms to improve the subscription experience

based on customer insights.


4. Retention and Growth Strategies:


  • Develop and execute strategies to increase subscription retention and reduce

churn.


  • Work with marketing and product teams to implement campaigns and

features aimed at attracting and retaining subscribers.


5. Pricing and Packaging:


  • Assist in developing and optimizing pricing strategies and subscription

packages to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.


  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and

competitor offerings.


6. Collaboration and Communication:


  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance,

product, and analytics to ensure alignment on subscription goals and

initiatives.


  • Communicate subscription strategies and performance to senior

management and stakeholders.


Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

preferably within the OTT

video streaming or mobile app industry.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable

insights.

• Proficiency in subscription management and billing systems.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with subscription analytics tools

• Familiarity with subscription-based business models and revenue recognition

principles.

• Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in subscription management.
