About The Role
As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will serve as the CEO’s right hand—driving strategic initiatives, improving business operations, and ensuring execution across teams. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, business ops, finance, and internal process improvement. You will act as a force-multiplier, ensuring structure, momentum, and accountability throughout the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the CEO on high-impact strategic and operational priorities
- Build and maintain internal operational playbooks, workflows, and SOPs
- Ensure teams are aligned and processes are followed consistently across functions
- Support budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning in collaboration with finance
- Own and execute daily ad-hoc and cross-functional tasks to keep the business moving
- Track key KPIs, generate dashboards, and prepare materials for leadership and stakeholders
- Identify bottlenecks and help implement solutions to streamline operations
- Serve as a connector between departments to enhance communication and collaboration
- Support the development of new products and go-to-market strategies
Job requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in an IT consulting firm or similar professional services/tech environment
- Proven experience working directly with founders, C-suite, or senior leadership
- Process-oriented mindset with a strong ability to implement and enforce scalable systems
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Financial acumen; experience with budgeting, planning, or performance tracking
- Clear communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in mid-sized or start-up companies is highly preferred
- Experience supporting product/innovation or new service launches
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Asana, or other internal ops systems
- Exposure to financial modeling or basic data analysis
