Step 1: Complete the Screening Confirmation Form

Before scheduling your Screening Interview, you must complete the Screening Confirmation Form. This form is required to confirm your participation in the screening process.

Step 2: Schedule Your Screening Interview

Once the form is submitted, you can proceed to book your Screening Interview. Screening Interviews will be conducted via Google Meet and are available between 9:30 PM and 5:30 AM IST.

Strategy & Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Assist in formulating business strategies and supporting operational improvements within the dental industry.
  
• Collaborate with department heads to define KPIs and help monitor performance.
  
• Support market research and competitive analysis to aid in strategy development.
  

Process Optimization:

• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend actionable solutions.
  
• Assist in streamlining and automating internal processes for better scalability and productivity.
  

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Use data and analytics to support the identification of trends and help forecast performance.
  
• Assist in building business case models and dashboards to track project performance.
  
• Prepare reports for senior management to facilitate decision-making.
  

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

• Work closely with multiple teams (finance, marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure the smooth execution of business strategies.
  
• Act as a support point of contact for operational and strategic queries related to dental services.
  

Leadership & Mentorship:

• Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the operations team.
  
• Support training and mentoring of junior team members on operational projects.
  

Education:

• MBA

  from a top-tier business school (e.g., IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc.) with a strong academic record.
