Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager - Tech to lead and manage technology-focused projects from initiation through to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in technology project management, be able to work cross-functionally with teams, and possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting the companys strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring all project goals are clearly defined and achievable.

Lead project teams in the execution of the project plan and monitor the performance of all team members.

Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables with key stakeholders.

Track project progress and manage any changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.

Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, and clients.

Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to all stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.

Collaborate with product owners, developers, business analysts, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.

Risk & Issue Management:

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

Address obstacles that may affect the project's progress and offer solutions to keep the project on track.

Ensure proper escalation and resolution of project-related issues when necessary.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and accountability.

Facilitate project meetings, provide guidance to team members, and ensure effective communication across teams.

Foster a collaborative work environment, driving successful teamwork and problem-solving.

Quality Control & Reporting:

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications.

Prepare and present regular project updates, including project performance reports, to management and stakeholders.

Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.

Budget & Resource Management:

Monitor project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and cost-effectively.

Ensure that all necessary resources, both human and technical, are in place to meet project objectives.
