Qualifications

• Undergraduate from a top-tier institute [This role is not for Postgraduates]
• 1-3 years of work experience from a top-tier firm in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting or a lending business
• Experience in building financial models and pitch decks
• Strong research capabilities and ability to handle large data sets
• Analytical mindset, with experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
• Proactive with a deep desire to work hard, learn quickly
• Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential matters with discretion
• Experience in PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• (Preferred, not a must have: SQL, Python)
• (Preferred, not a must have: Understanding of lending / financial service companies' financial models, KPIs)

Responsibilities

• Support capital raising, investor relations, and strategic initiatives including new products, partnerships, and investment opportunities
• Work on financial modelling with a focus on debt-based structures
• Work on MIS and answer investor queries related to it
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Operations, Finance, HR and other stakeholders
• Analyze loan portfolio performance, revenue, costs, profitability, KPIs, and forecasts
• Consolidate business plans and review them with senior leadership
• Develop strategic communication for shareholders, board, regulators, and industry bodies
• Evaluate and execute inorganic growth opportunities including M&A and strategic partnerships
• Design and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to identify gaps and opportunities
