About the Role


We re hiring a

Strategic Sales Consultant

to empower our sales organization and bring strategic focus to how we sell, present, and win. This is a high-ownership role that blends storytelling, stakeholder management, and execution. You ll build internal frameworks that help our sales teams succeed while also stepping into client conversations, decoding buyer signals, and supporting enterprise deal cycles.

You will often be in the room with CXOs, Heads of Customer Experience, and Founders

helping navigate complex conversations and making sure our GTM teams are sharp, confident, and value-led.
This is not a back-office enablement role. It s built for someone who wants to be

close to the field

, plugged into the pulse of revenue generation, and ready to move fast as business needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage sales enablement assets: onboarding decks, sales playbooks, pitch material, vertical use-cases, objection handling
  • Support enterprise sales teams with deal narratives and strategic pitch structuring
  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing to craft messaging aligned with business value
  • Drive strategic discussions with sales teams, helping them shape and close key deals
  • Represent KaptureCX in high-stakes conversations alongside sales leadership
  • Act as the bridge between sales and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and clarity
