Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads from digital platforms, portals, and databases
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and qualify leads
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
  • Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Explain basic project details, pricing, and location highlights to prospects
  • Track lead status and update daily/weekly MIS reports
  • Follow up with site-visited clients to drive conversions
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead quality feedback
  • Achieve daily calling targets and monthly site-visit targets

Requirements:

  • Graduate (any discipline)
  • 05 years of experience in inside sales / telecalling / real estate sales
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Target-driven and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and basic MS Excel
