We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Representative to manage customer renewals, prepare and share quotations, and ensure timely follow-ups with customers. You will be the first point of contact for pricing and basic product queries, while closely coordinating with sales, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution. The role requires accurate and consistent CRM updates, Strong communication skills, Excellent follow-up discipline.

Qualifications

    1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination or business support

    Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.

    Comfortable speaking to customers over phone and email

    Smart, proactive, and quick learner

    Well-organized with good follow-up discipline

    Basic understanding of sales cycles, renewals, and quotations

    Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and CRM tools

    Exposure to B2B sales, SaaS, telecom, or technology companies would be a plus

Skill

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or customer support—preferably in B2B, SaaS, or technology environments—will thrive in this role.

This position offers high learning, global exposure, and close collaboration with senior leadership in a fast-growing, dynamic startup.

Responsibilities

    Handle customer renewals and ensure timely closure

    Prepare and share commercial quotations and proposals

    Conduct regular follow-up calls with customers and prospects

    Act as the first point of contact for customer queries related to pricing, renewals, and basic product information

    Coordinate with sales, finance, and technical teams for smooth execution

    Track all interactions, quotes, and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems

    Ensure excellent customer experience and responsiveness

    Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
