Urgent requirement of HR Assistant 0 to 2 years 1. Recruitment and Selection: Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, preparing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process. 2. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Managing the onboarding process for new employees, conducting orientation programs, handling paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Coordinating employee offboarding activities, including exit interviews and necessary documentation. 3. Employee Relations: Maintaining positive employee relations by addressing queries, concerns, and grievances, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Promoting a healthy work environment and fostering employee engagement. 4. HR Administration: Assisting in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Maintaining employee records, updating databases, and managing HR-related documentation. Handling employee benefits administration and payroll coordination.
