We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Key Initiatives Lead to own, plan and drive thecompany’s highest-priority cross-functional initiatives. This role sits at the intersection ofstrategy, operations and delivery — the ideal candidate will translate strategic priorities intoexecutable programs, coordinate stakeholders across product, sales, finance and operations,remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery with measurable business impact.Key Responsibilities Program Ownership: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of 2–4 strategicinitiatives each year (e.g., market expansion, product launches, cost transformation,strategic partnerships). Strategy Translation: Convert high-level business goals into concrete roadmaps,milestones, resource plans and budgets. Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the single point of accountability, aligningstakeholders from product, engineering, sales, operations, finance and legal. Execution & Delivery: Drive timely progress via project management best practices— set milestones, run PI-style reviews, track risks and drive mitigation actions. Performance Measurement: Define KPIs and success metrics; build dashboards andprovide weekly/monthly status reports to senior leadership. Change Management: Lead communications, stakeholder training and processredesign to ensure adoption of new ways of working. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, escalate appropriately andensure corrective measures are implemented. Resource & Budget Management: Work with finance and HR to secure and managebudgets and project-level resources. Post-Implementation Review: Capture learnings, quantify impact, and recommendnext steps or scaling plans.Deliverables / KPIs On-time delivery of initiative milestones (target: 90% milestones delivered onschedule). Achievement of initiative-specific business outcomes (examples: revenue uplift, costsavings, time-to-market reduction). Adoption/usage metrics for process or product changes (target varies by initiative). Quality of stakeholder engagement (survey or feedback-based targets). Number of well-documented post-implementation reviews and clear playbooks forscale.Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field. MBApreferred. 6+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, orprogram management. Proven track record of owning cross-functional strategic programs with measurablebusiness outcomes. Strong analytical skills — comfort with data, basic financial modelling anddashboarding. Experience using project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Asana, Notion,MS Project, Google Workspace).Preferred Skills & Competencies
