Role Overview

The Strategic Alliances & Partnerships professional will be responsible for driving growth in the unsecured lending business through high-impact partnerships across the digital lending ecosystem. The role focuses on sourcing, onboarding, and scaling partnerships for customer acquisition.

1. Partnership Strategy & Development

  • Build and execute the partnership strategy aligned with the unsecured lending growth roadmap.
  • Identify and onboard key ecosystem partners: fintech platforms, DSAs, loan marketplaces, NBFCs, banks, payroll partners, digital apps, e-commerce platforms, and data service providers.

2. Partner Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead end-to-end acquisition of new partners including outreach, pitching, negotiation, and contract finalization.
  • Coordinate cross-functional onboarding involving Product, Tech, Risk, Legal, and Operations.

3. Growth & Performance Management

  • Own disbursal targets and revenue outcomes from all partnership channels.
  • Track and optimize funnel metrics: leads, approvals, conversion, disbursals, CAC, and portfolio quality.

4. Co-Lending / FLDG / Lending-as-a-Service Partnerships

  • Identify and manage co-lending/FLDG partners to expand lending capacity and enhance credit risk appetite.
  • Structure co-lending models, revenue-sharing frameworks, and underwriting alignment.

5. Digital Integration & Product Collaboration

  • Work with Tech and Product teams on API-led integrations for partner journeys.
  • Co-create digital lending flows for PL, BNPL, SPL, or other unsecured loan products.
  • Coordinate partner readiness for feature upgrades, product pilots, and journey optimization.


Required Qualification

·        5–15 years of experience in lending partnerships, digital lending, fintech alliances or unsecured loans,

·        Manage the team of 4-5 Person

·        Strong understanding of unsecured lending, credit policies, risk frameworks, and digital underwriting.

·        Proven track record in scaling digital or offline partnerships and achieving lending/disbursal targets.

·        Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
