Key Responsibilities Risk Management & Underwriting Formulate and implement underwriting policies for retail lending products. Define and refine collection strategies in collaboration with risk, operations, and collections teams. Innovation & Strategic Insights Pioneer new data-driven approaches for generating actionable business insights. Identify and integrate alternate data sources to enrich credit decisioning and expand credit reach. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to embed analytics in decision-making processes. Stakeholder & Partner Management Liaise with internal stakeholders and external lending partners/vendors for seamless data and risk operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks. Key Skills & Qualifications Leadership Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale programs. Strategic mindset with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders. Technical Proficiency Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning , Predictive Modeling , Generative AI , and Advanced Analytics . Expertise in Python , SQL , Power BI , Tableau , and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
