Stores Executive

Job Title:-Invoicing, Billing & Stores Executive.
Location:- Bhiwandi, Thane, Maharashtra
Qualification:-Graduate
Experience Required:-Minimum 2–3 years in invoicing, billing, or store management roles in a manufacturing or trading company.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Prepare, verify, and process sales invoices and billing statements as per company procedures and GST compliance.
• Coordinate with accounts, sales, and dispatch teams to ensure timely generation and delivery of invoices to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all invoices, challans, E-way bills, and related statutory documents.
• Manage and update inventory records using ERP or inventory management software.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular physical stock verification, and reconcile variances with system records.
• Coordinate with suppliers for inward materials, issue raw materials to production, and maintain stock registers.
• Ensure all store transactions (receipts, issues, stock transfers, returns) are properly documented and authorized.
• Prepare monthly reports on invoicing, outstanding receivables, and inventory.
• Support year-end audits by providing required documentation related to stores and billing.
• Maintain high standards of documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with internal controls.

Desired Skills:-

• Proficiency in MS Excel, inventory management, and billing/accounting software (such as Tally, ERP, etc.).
• Good understanding of GST invoicing, E-way bill generation, and stock management.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Reliability, accountability, and integrity in handling company materials and documentation.

Other Requirements:-

• Candidate must be residing in Kalyan or Thane region for ease of commute.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
