Responding to customer complaints and comments. Team Management Managing and motivating team to increase sales and ensure efficiency. Conducting appraisals and performance reviews. Recruitment & Selection procedure to hire right talent and minimize the attrition. Training & Development Organizing Training & Development programs / sessions for the Store team. Communication Attending and chairing meetings. Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues.
