The Store Manager TST position at Reliance Retail is a full-time, mid-level role based in Salumbar and Asind. - Retail Operations (Mandatory skill): Significant experience handling day-to-day store functions, ensuring adherence to operational policies, and efficiently executing store processes.
- Staff Training (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and develop store staff through effective training programs that drive performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with experience in motivating, managing, and evaluating team members to achieve store goals through effective collaboration and mentorship.
- Sales Forecasting: Skill in analyzing market trends and historical data to make accurate sales projections, set targets, and optimize product assortment to maximize store profitability.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, monitor staff performance, and uphold Reliance Retails operational standards and values at all times.
- Manage inventory, including accurate receipt, storage, replenishment, and auditing of stock to ensure availability and reduce losses.
- Train, mentor, and guide staff members in customer service, product knowledge, and process compliance to build a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and objectives, driving continuous growth in sales and profitability.
- Monitor and optimize store expenses, handle P&L statements, and implement measures to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, and build strong customer relationships.
- Create and maintain appealing merchandise displays, adhering to the companys visual merchandising guidelines and standards.
- Conduct regular safety and security checks to safeguard store assets, employees, and customers in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and review store performance reports for senior management, suggesting and implementing improvements where needed.
