• Strong knowledge of inventory and store management processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced level)
• Fluent in

  Hindi, Marathi, and English

  (written & verbal communication)
• Good knowledge of spare parts, consumables, and identification of materials
• In-depth understanding of procurement and warehousing procedures
• Excellent interpersonal skills and time management for effective internal coordination

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
• Conduct regular stock audits and implement inventory control measures

✅ Procurement Coordination

• Collaborate with the Purchase and Production teams for inventory forecasting
• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, consumables, and equipment

✅ Warehousing & Storage

• Supervise the arrangement and safe storage of all materials
• Optimize storage layout to maximize space and accessibility

✅ Shipment & Dispatch

• Ensure accurate order picking, packaging, and timely dispatch
• Coordinate logistics for inter-departmental or external dispatches

✅ Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain updated records of all store transactions and material movements
• Submit periodic reports on inventory health, slow-moving stock, and shortages

✅  Continuous Improvement

• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for operational efficiency
• Implement cost-saving and productivity-boosting initiatives within the department

✅ Reporting

• Provide timely reports and insights to the Materials Manager as required
