Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced level)
Fluent in
Hindi, Marathi, and English

Good knowledge of spare parts, consumables, and identification of materials
In-depth understanding of procurement and warehousing procedures
Excellent interpersonal skills and time management for effective internal coordination

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
Conduct regular stock audits and implement inventory control measures

✅ Procurement Coordination

Collaborate with the Purchase and Production teams for inventory forecasting
Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, consumables, and equipment

✅ Warehousing & Storage

Supervise the arrangement and safe storage of all materials
Optimize storage layout to maximize space and accessibility

✅ Shipment & Dispatch

Ensure accurate order picking, packaging, and timely dispatch
Coordinate logistics for inter-departmental or external dispatches

✅ Documentation & Reporting

Maintain updated records of all store transactions and material movements
Submit periodic reports on inventory health, slow-moving stock, and shortages

✅ Continuous Improvement

Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for operational efficiency
Implement cost-saving and productivity-boosting initiatives within the department

✅ Reporting

Provide timely reports and insights to the Materials Manager as required
