Job Role:

We are urgently hiring a Store Manager (female preferred) to oversee store operations, drive sales, and manage administrative tasks with proficiency in computer tools. The ideal candidate will combine retail expertise with strong communication skills, a presentable appearance, and a passion for fashion and interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Drive sales through effective customer engagement, upselling, and relationship-building.

Manage visual merchandising and inventory to maintain an appealing store environment.

Lead, train, and motivate the store team to meet sales goals and uphold brand standards.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.

Prepare and analyze sales reports using Microsoft Excel for data tracking and insights.

Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations for team meetings, sales strategies, or performance reviews.

Ensure accurate inventory management and coordination with suppliers.

Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years in retail store management, preferably with reputed fashion, interiors, or lifestyle brands.

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel for sales tracking, inventory management, and data analysis.

Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.

Strong computer knowledge for managing daily operations, reports, and communication.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory management.

Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.

Background: Candidates with a background in fashion or interiors are preferred.

Availability:

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday).

Sunday Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Weekly Off: Wednesday.

Sunday is a working day.

Other: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and join immediately.

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
