Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Store Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day store operations ensuring smooth functioning, adherence to SOPs, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.
Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards.
Sales & Inventory Control:
Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment, and ensure accurate inventory management to minimize shrinkage and maximize availability.
Customer Experience:
Drive superior in-store customer experience by maintaining visual merchandising standards and addressing customer queries effectively.
Reporting & Compliance:
Ensure timely reporting on sales, expenses, and performance metrics; comply with company policies and statutory regulations.
Business Development:
Identify local market opportunities, implement promotional activities, and support new product launches to drive footfall and sales growth.
