Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining high levels of product availability.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth through targeted promotions and merchandising initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to retail operations.
Foster strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in retail management or a similar industry (furniture & furnishing).
Strong knowledge of jewelry products and SOPs for store operations.
Excellent communication skills for effective customer handling and team leadership.
