Store Manager

Position: Store Manager

Location: MINISO Store

Reporting to: Area Manager / Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

• Ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising as per MINISO standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment.

2. Sales & Customer Service

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
• Ensure billing accuracy and smooth checkout operations.

3. Team Management

• Supervise store staff and manage daily staff duties.
• Train new staff on products, service, and SOPs.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure discipline & attendance.

4. Inventory & Reporting

• Manage stock receiving and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prevent loss, theft, and ensure proper storage.
• Submit daily sales reports and other required reports.

5. Compliance & SOPs

• Follow all company SOPs, policies, and guidelines.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of retail experience (preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge (billing, Excel).
• Strong communication and team-handling skills.
• Customer-focused and target-driven.
