Job Summary:

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing daily store operations, leading the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with company and airport standards.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning.

● Supervise and guide store staff on performance, attendance, and discipline.

● Maintain high standards of customer service and store cleanliness.

● Manage staff rosters, shift planning, and proper handovers.

● Monitor sales, billing accuracy, and ensure safe cash handling.

● Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely stock replenishment.

● Ensure compliance with company policies, airport norms, and safety standards.

● Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

● Submit daily sales, attendance, and performance reports to management.

● Perform other duties assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

● Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Retail, Hospitality, or Business).

● 5+ years of experience in retail or F&B operations, preferably in an airport environment.

● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

● Good understanding of store operations and customer service.

● Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
