The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering with at least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a toolroom or die/mould manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Inspect incoming, in-process, and final components as per technical drawings and quality standards. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues. Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as inspection reports, control plans, and calibration records. Coordinate with production and toolroom teams to resolve quality concerns. Monitor and improve quality control processes for continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to ISO/quality standards in manufacturing processes. Operate and understand basic measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.). Requirements:Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent qualification). Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance. Preferred experience in toolroom operations, dies & moulds. Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T. Familiarity with quality standards and documentation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills:Experience in die/mould/tooling industry. Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar QMS. Use of advanced measurement tools and techniques.

The ideal candidate will oversee the efficient running of the store, ensuring that all materials, tools, and products are well-organized and properly stocked to meet production requirements. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a toolroom environment. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely replenishment of stock. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure the availability of critical materials and tools for production. Maintain detailed records of stock movements and consumption to ensure effective stock control. Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of materials, tools, and spare parts as per production requirements. Work closely with the production team to understand their needs and provide the necessary materials on time. Toolroom Operations (Preferred Experience): Ensure the proper storage, maintenance, and repair of tools and machinery in the toolroom. Work with the production team to identify requirements for specific tooling needs and manage the repair and replacement process. Team Supervision: Supervise store personnel to ensure adherence to inventory control procedures and proper handling of tools and materials. Qualifications & Experience: Educational Requirements: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Certification, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or Equivalent experience in a manufacturing or toolroom environment. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in store management, with a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and tools. Prior experience in a toolroom environment is highly preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
