Position Overview:

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer experience, and leading the store team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in footwear or retail and be confident in managing a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations

• Ensure smooth day-to-day store functioning.
• Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and brand guidelines.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
• Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily reports.

2. Sales & Customer Experience

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and quick issue resolution.
• Identify selling opportunities & upsell/cross-sell effectively.

3. Team Management

• Lead, train, and motivate store staff.
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate floor coverage.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support team development.

4. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and retail standards.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports and MIS updates.
• Maintain compliance with airport/retail regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  3–4 years of experience

  in Retail/Footwear industry (mandatory).
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of sales, customer service, and store operations.
• Ability to handle pressure and lead a team effectively.
