Role Description The Loss Prevention (LP) Executive is responsible for monitoring, safeguarding, and ensuring adherence to company policies to prevent financial and inventory loss across all Retail and F&B outlets operated by the company. Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily sales, cash flow, and stock movement to identify variances across all outlets. Review CCTV footage for verification and investigation when necessary. Conduct both surprise and scheduled audits (physical and virtual) of all outlets. Check and verify cash handling, billing accuracy, discount approvals, and adherence to SOPs. Track stock discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with warehouse and store managers. Review GRNs, sales reports, F&B wastage, and stock transfers to ensure accuracy. Oversee daily cash deposits and verify reconciliation with POS reports. Identify short cash, excess cash, or delays in cash deposits and escalate as required. Investigate thefts, pilferage, or SOP violations and prepare detailed incident reports. Prepare and submit daily shift reports on sales, staff attendance, and operational performance. Maintain audit and investigation reports and ensure corrective action follow-ups. Support HR in disciplinary actions based on LP findings. Ensure compliance with all Loss Prevention and operational SOPs. Provide guidance and training to store teams on LP and compliance practices. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly LP reports to management. Work location will be Delhi Head Office; however, the candidate will be required to visit outlets/store operations when required. Reporting To: HR Department and Senior Management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 6 months – 2 years of experience in Loss Prevention, Audit, or Operations (Retail/F&B experience preferred). Strong analytical and observation skills. Good understanding of cash handling, inventory management, and SOP compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation. Ability to conduct investigations and prepare accurate reports. Strong communication and coordination skills. Willingness to travel to store locations for audits and inspections.
