Job Description

We are hiring a Factory Store Manager - Manufacturing - Home Appliances

Requirements:

  • Supervise receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, spare parts, consumables, and finished goods
  • Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure proper documentation of GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and stock registers.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
  • Oversee safe handling, labelling, and storage of materials.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly stock reports to management.
  • Supervise store staff and assign duties effectively.
  • Train and guide staff on store processes and safety practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in store/inventory management (preferably in a factory/manufacturing setup).
